ITINERARY 1
📍HAVANA
🗓️ Day 1 | HAVANA
Welcome to Cuba! Your adventure begins as you are met at the airport by our local tour guide and transferred to your accommodation in the city center. Once you arrive at the hotel, the Orientation meeting will take place in the lobby bar area, where your tour guide will review the updated itinerary and inform you of any possible last minute changes that may have occurred. After check-in, take your time to settle in, meet other members of the group and/or enjoy the surroundings.
08:00PM. Be ready to enjoy a delicious welcome dinner at a private Cuban paladar while enjoying the most amazing spectacle from members of the well-known Buena Vista Social Club. Take into account that a paladar is a small, family-run restaurant. This means you are contributing to the economic well-being of some Cuban families.
11:45PM. Bus transfer back to your accommodation will be available. In case you want to continue enjoying your time, please, bear in mind you’ll have to take a taxi on your own for the way back.

🗓️ Day 2 | HAVANA
09:30AM. This morning, after a delicious breakfast, put on your walking shoes and your coolest clothes, and get ready to discover the history behind the magnificent buildings of Old Havana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1982.
12:30PM. Time flies and it’s lunch time!!! Enjoy local food and live music at a private paladar in the area. One national drink is included. We recommend a refreshing Mojito or Daiquiri.
03:00PM. After lunch, visit the Headquarters of the Cuban National Folkloric Ensemble that have become a symbol of Cuban identity and culture, serving as guardians of popular and traditional Cuban expressions rooted in African heritage for more than sixty years.
05:00PM. Time to go back to the hotel and get ready for dinner.
08:00PM. Enjoy a delicious dinner at Aguiar Dining Room of Hotel Nacional. You will adore the legendary Hotel Nacional de Cuba which has been declared a National Monument and has been inscribed in the World Memory Register. After dinner, enjoy the unforgettable show “Habana de Fiesta” at the famous Parisien Cabaret, with lots of music, dance and colors; a very interesting way to learn more about Cuba’s history, culture and its people.
11:45PM. Your driver will be ready at the entrance of the hotel to take you back to your accommodation. In case you want to continue enjoying your time, please, bear in mind you’ll have to take a taxi on your own for the way back.

🗓️ Day 3 | HAVANA
10:00AM. This morning put on your dancing shoes, prepare your ears and grease your hips, as we will have our first session of “Baila Bliss Cuba”, Cuban Style Salsa lessons.
12:30PM. Time for lunch. Enjoy a delicious local lunch at El Atelier, one of the paladars visited by the Obama family during its visit to Cuba in 2016.
03:00PM. After lunch, take the opportunity to show your hats, caps and/or sunglasses off, as you will take a little sunbath during a panoramic tour of modern Havana in Old American convertible cars. During this tour, a stop at the Revolution Square and the Bosque de La Habana are included.
04:00PM. Go back to accommodation and enjoy your time at leisure.
08:00PM. Be ready for a delightful dinner in Old Havana. After dinner, take your time to walk around and visit El Floridita, the cradle of the Cuban Daiquiri.
11:45PM. Your driver will be ready to take you back to your accommodation. In case you want to continue enjoying your time, please, bear in mind you’ll have to take a taxi on your own for the way back.

🗓️ Day 4 | HAVANA
10:00AM. After breakfast, bus pickup to enjoy your second session of “Baila Bliss Cuba”, Cuban Style Salsa lessons.
12:30PM. Time for lunch at another private paladar that looks like a beautiful garden.
03:00PM. Then, continue to the Callejon de Hamel, a two-block alley that offers an unparalleled glimpse into Afro-Cuban culture, with lively colorful murals and sculptures made from bathtubs, hand pumps, and pinwheels. This Afro-Cuban style is a mix of surrealism, cubism, and abstract art.
04:00PM. Go back to accommodation and enjoy your time at leisure.
08:00PM. Delight your palate with a wonderful dinner in the area of Vedado neighborhood. Enjoy your night at leisure.

10:00AM. After breakfast, bus pickup to enjoy your third session of “Baila Bliss Cuba”, Cuban Style Salsa lessons.
12:30PM. Lunch time at the venue.
03:00PM. After lunch, visit the Headquarters of the dance company Habana Compás Dance. Enjoy a wonderful presentation where the essence of Spanish dances merge with Afro-Cuban rhythms and contemporary dance through new aesthetic codes, in which the dancers not only dance, but also work the percussion with any element around them: drumsticks, castanets, heels, flip- flops, claves, chequerés and percussive chairs.
04:30PM. Go back to accommodation and enjoy your time at leisure.
08:00PM. Be ready for a delightful dinner in Centro Habana at another wonderful paladar visited by the President Obama during his visit to Cuba in 2016.

10:00AM. After breakfast, bus pickup. Enjoy your last session of “Baila Bliss Cuba”, Cuban Style Salsa lessons.
12:30PM. Time for lunch at another private paladar in Centro Habana.
03:00PM. After lunch, visit the Headquarters of the Cuban Dance Company Lizt Alfonso created in 1991 by teacher Lizt Alfonso. It is one of the most popular companies/schools in Cuba. Her impressive artistic endorsement has led her to perform at City Center and the New Victory Theater (New York), the Shanghai Oriental Art Center; the Oude Luxor Theater (Rotterdam, Netherlands), the Thalia Theater (Hamburg, Germany) and the Cairo Opera among other important venues in the world.
04:00PM. Time to go back to accommodation, get a shower and freshen up.
08:00PM. Enjoy a delicious dinner at FANGIO Habana, undoubtedly one of the best places in Cuba to listen to the best exponents of Cuban jazz music.
11:45PM. Your driver will be ready to take you back to your accommodation. In case you want to continue enjoying your time, please, bear in mind you’ll have to take a taxi on your own for the way back.

🗓️ Day 7 | HAVANA
09:30AM. Last day in Havana! This morning, after a delicious breakfast, visit the Community Project Muraleando, developed in an area that used to be home to a garbage dump, but professional artists of the community have turned the trash into treasures.
10:30AM. Afterwards, take your time to visit the Almacenes de San Jose, the biggest flea market of Havana where you can buy souvenirs for your loved-ones.
12:30PM. Enjoy a delicious local lunch. Time to return to your hotel, take a bath and get prettier than ever for the farewell dinner at one of Cuba’s best paladars. We suggest you to dress in white and/or red since these colors represent energy, power, passion and optimism.
04:30PM. You will meet, exchange and dance with well-known Cuban Musicians. Show them what you are made of and what you have learned in Cuba.
08:00PM. During this farewell dinner, it will be really appreciated if your could give us your feedback on the tour. Don't feel sad. This is not a GOODBYE, CUBA!, but a HASTA PRONTO!

🗓️ Day 8 | DEPARTURE
This morning you can pack your suitcase and all those souvenirs you have already bought. The driver will pick you up 3 hours before your scheduled departure flight time to take you to the airport. Remember to have your passport, airline ticket and all your belongings by hand.

🗓️ Day 1 | ARRIVAL IN HAVANA

🗓️ Day 2 | HAVANA → VARADERO
09:30AM. This morning, after a delicious breakfast, take a little sunbath during a panoramic tour of Modern Havana in Old American convertible cars.
Afterwards, get ready for a walking tour to discover the history behind the magnificent buildings of Old Havana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1982.
12:30PM. Time flies and it’s lunch time!!! Enjoy local food and live music at a private paladar in the area.
03:00PM. After lunch, continue your journey to Varadero, one of the world's 25 best beaches according to TripAdvisor. On the way to Varadero, enjoy the view from the Bacunayagua Viewpoint and admire the highest bridge in Cuba, considered one of the 7 Wonders of Cuban Civil Engineering.
After checking in at the hotel, enjoy the all-inclusive hotel facilities.

🗓️ Day 3 | VARADERO
10:00AM. This morning put on your dancing shoes, and enjoy your first session of “Baila Bliss Cuba” in Varadero.
12:00PM. Time to go back to the hotel to have lunch and get ready for your tour of Matanzas City center.
03:00PM. Take a city tour of Matanzas, followed by a visit to a cultural center where you can interact with a local group and showcase your dancing skills.

ACCOMMODATION: Varadero.
🗓️ Day 4 and 5 | VARADERO
10:00AM. After breakfast, bus pickup to enjoy your second and third session of “Baila Bliss Cuba”, Cuban Style Salsa lessons.
12:00PM. Time to return to the hotel for lunch and continue enjoying the hotel facilities and the beach.

🗓️ Day 6 | Varadero
10:00AM. After breakfast, bus pickup to enjoy your fourth session of “Baila Bliss Cuba” and exchange with members of a local dance club.
12:00PM. Time to return to the hotel for lunch and continue enjoying the hotel facilities and the beach.

🗓️ Day 7 | VARADERO
08:00AM. Cayo Blanco Seafari Excursion: After breakfast, be ready in the hotel lobby for your transfer to Marina Marlin. Enjoy a catamaran trip to Cayo Blanco and have the opportunity to snorkel at one of the most beautiful coral reefs in northern Cuba. Savor a delicious seafood lunch at Cayo Blanco and take advantage of your free time for swimming. In the afternoon, you will return to the marina and then back to the hotel.
08:00PM. Enjoy your last night in Cuba with a wonderful encounter with Cuban musicians at Casa Dupont, also known as Mansion Xanadu. Dance, laugh, and tell us about your experience on the Baila Bliss Cuba tour. We suggest you to dress in white and/or red since these colors represent energy, power, passion and optimism.
This is not a GOODBYE, CUBA! This is just an HASTA PRONTO!

Cancellations will be charged according to the following schedule:
- Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 15% per person cancellation fee
- Between 20 and 14 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- Between 7 and 1 days before departure: 80% cancellation fee
- Within 24 hours of departure: 100% cancellation fee
NOTE
- If the cancellation occurs on non-working days or outside business hours, the next working day will be considered as the cancellation date.
- Airplane, train, bus, ferry tickets, or special events are non-refundable once issued, and their cost will be added to the cancellation fee.

- Minimum number of passengers: A minimum of 10 passengers is required to confirm this package.
- The itinerary is subject to change. Activities, schedules, and visits may be adjusted due to operational, weather, or logistical reasons. Our goal is to preserve the essence and quality of the experience, ensuring you enjoy all the highlights of the tour, even if the order of activities changes.
- Documentation: Please ensure your personal documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) are valid. If entry is denied due to missing or incorrect documentation, all resulting costs are the traveler’s responsibility.
- Hotels:
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out time: rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM
- During high season, hotel confirmation may take up to 2-3 days before departure.
- Room assignment:
- Final room allocation will be confirmed at least one week before the program starts.
- Rooms are standard, unless otherwise stated on the website.
- Triple rooms are generally not recommended; the third bed may be a foldable or extra bed.
- Requests for double (one bed) or twin (two beds) rooms are informative only and depend on hotel availability at check-in.
- Meals:
- Includes one drink.
- Extra drinks must be paid locally.
- Food intolerances or special requests must be communicated in advance; they will be forwarded to the local provider but cannot be guaranteed.
- Airport transfers:
- You will be met with a sign showing your name or tour name.
- If your flight is delayed, notify us as soon as possible.
- If rebooking is not possible, you must reach the hotel on your own or pay for an additional transfer if available.
- Do not arrange alternative transportation on your own without notifying us.
- Force majeure:
- In case of weather events, natural disasters, or situations beyond our or the provider’s control, alternatives will be offered during the trip.
- Claims will only be accepted if reported during the trip and no later than 15 days after your return.
