ITINERARY
🗓️ Day 1 | ARRIVAL IN HAVANA
Welcome to Havana! This musical adventure begins as you are met at the airport by your taxi driver and transferred to your accommodation in the city center. Once you check in and settle in, get ready for the orientation
In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinnerat a private cuban paladar, a perfect way to begin connecting with the Cuban spirit. Then enjoy the evening Jazz Festival events. At midnight, your driver will be ready to take you back to your accommodation.

🗓️ Day 2 | HAVANA DAY TOUR
After breakfast, enjoy a wonderful walk through the main squares of Old Havana and discover its colonial architecture and the warmth of its people. Afterwards, continue to have lunch at a local private paladar and get on an Old American restored vintage car for a panoramic tour of Modern Havana, stopping by the Revolution Square and the viewpoint of the Morro Castle for an outstanding view of almost the whole city and the entrance to its Bay.
Time to go back to your accommodation, take a shower and relax. After dinner, continue enjoying the evening Jazz Festival events. At midnight, your tour guide and driver will be ready to take you back to your accommodation.

🗓️ Day 3 | ART, MUSIC AND CUBAN CREATIVITY
Visit the prestigious University of the Arts (ISA) for a cultural exchange with students and professors—an unforgettable experience for jazz and music.
After lunch, at a privately-run restaurant, continue your tour through one of the largest, most prestigious and well-known community art projects in Cuba and the world, Fusterlandia, a neighborhood adorned with mosaic artwork as artist, Jose Fuster, has converted his home and much of the surrounding neighborhood into literal works of art.
After dinner, continue enjoying the concerts scheduled for the Jazz Plaza Music Event mostly at the National Theater or another theater or club. At midnight, your driver will be ready to take you back to your accommodation.

🗓️ Day 4 | TRADITION, MUSIC AND AFRO-CUBAN ROOTS
After breakfast, take your time to visit the handicraft market Almacenes de San Jose, a nice place to buy souvenirs for your loved ones. Continue your visit to the National Museum of Music, dedicated to the preservation of the city’s rich musical heritage. This museum houses a vast collection of Cuban musical instruments, ranging from folkloric instruments to a large collection of early Cuban jazz instruments and the ones used in popular music.
After lunch, visit the Callejon de Hamel. Enjoy street art, much of it executed with recycled materials and hypnotic live rumba show. After dinner, enjoy the Jazz Plaza Music Concerts most of them held at the National Theater or another theater or club.

🗓️ Day 5 | CUBA AND THE BEAT
After a delicious breakfast, visit the Community Project Muraleando, developed in an area that used to be home to a garbage dump, but professional artists of the community have turned the trash into treasures. Lunch is included at the cultural venue.
In the afternoon, learn the secrets of Cuban rum during a cocktail-making class, before the final night of the festival.

🗓️ Day 6 | GOOD-BYE CUBA!
This morning you can pack your suitcase and all those souvenirs you have bought for your loved ones. The driver will pick you up 3 hours before your scheduled departure flight time to take you to the airport. Remember to have your passport, airline ticket and all your belongings by hand.

- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the program starts.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be charged according to the following schedule:
- Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 15% per person cancellation fee
- Between 20 and 14 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- Between 7 and 1 days before departure: 80% cancellation fee
- Within 24 hours of departure: 100% cancellation fee
NOTE
- If the cancellation occurs on non-working days or outside business hours, the next working day will be considered as the cancellation date.
- Airplane, train, bus, ferry tickets, or special events are non-refundable once issued, and their cost will be added to the cancellation fee.

- Minimum number of passengers: A minimum of 2 passengers is required to confirm this package.
- The itinerary is subject to change. Activities, schedules, and visits may be adjusted due to operational, weather, or logistical reasons. Our goal is to preserve the essence and quality of the experience, ensuring you enjoy all the highlights of the tour, even if the order of activities changes.
- Documentation: Please ensure your personal documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) are valid. If entry is denied due to missing or incorrect documentation, all resulting costs are the traveler’s responsibility.
- Hotels:
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out time: rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM
- During high season, hotel confirmation may take up to 2-3 days before departure.
- Room assignment:
- Final room allocation will be confirmed at least one week before the program starts.
- Rooms are standard, unless otherwise stated on the website.
- Triple rooms are generally not recommended; the third bed may be a foldable or extra bed.
- Requests for double (one bed) or twin (two beds) rooms are informative only and depend on hotel availability at check-in.
- Meals:
- Includes one drink.
- Extra drinks must be paid locally.
- Food intolerances or special requests must be communicated in advance; they will be forwarded to the local provider but cannot be guaranteed.
- Airport transfers:
- You will be met with a sign showing your name or tour name.
- If your flight is delayed, notify us as soon as possible.
- If rebooking is not possible, you must reach the hotel on your own or pay for an additional transfer if available.
- Do not arrange alternative transportation on your own without notifying us.
- Force majeure:
- In case of weather events, natural disasters, or situations beyond our or the provider’s control, alternatives will be offered during the trip.
- Claims will only be accepted if reported during the trip and no later than 15 days after your return.
