Important Information

• The minimum number of passengers required to confirm this package is 2 people staying in a double room.
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to check whether a visa is required for this trip. You can check with CAP270.
• IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING TRAVEL: Please ensure that your personal documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) are in order. If entry into the country is denied due to missing requirements or incorrect documentation, or because the passenger is not carrying it, all resulting expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.
• HOTELS 1. The hotels offered are recommended Tourist category; in case of changes, hotels of the same category will be provided. 2. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. 3. On departure day, rooms must be vacated before 12:00 p.m. 4.Upon arrival at the hotel, a credit card guarantee for incidental expenses will be requested; if you sign a credit card slip, don’t forget to request it back.
• Final hotel information and operator documentation will be sent one week before departure.
• During high season, hotel confirmation may take up to 2–3 days before departure.
• FUEL / DOLLAR SURCHARGE:  In case of an increase in these costs, we reserve the right to pass on the corresponding supplement to the passengers. Notification will be given at least 21 days before departure. For last-minute bookings, notice will be given once the final price is confirmed by the service provider.
  
• Regarding Hotels and Rooms: The itinerary includes a list of hotels of similar category. Final hotel assignments will be confirmed at least one week before the start of the program. Rooms offered in the programs are standard, unless otherwise stated on the website. Triple rooms are generally not recommended. The third bed may be a rollaway or folding bed (not comfortable); setups may include one double bed + one single or extra bed, two double beds, or one double bed, etc. These cannot be confirmed in advance, as they depend on the hotel. Requests for double (one bed) or twin (two beds) rooms are only informative and cannot be guaranteed—they depend on availability at check-in.
•  In some countries, a local tax not included in the package price must be paid directly at the hotel and/or airport.
• For included meals, drinks are not included unless otherwise specified. Please also note that some countries do not meet European quality standards, and the indicated hotel category, while correct for that country, may be lower than expected. Food intolerances or special requests must be communicated well in advance of the passenger’s arrival. These will be forwarded to the local provider, but special meals, menus, or treatment are not guaranteed. Many countries are not adapted to such particular needs.
•  If your program includes arrival airport transfer, you will be met with a sign bearing your name or your agency’s name. Please locate the person with this sign at the airport. If your flight is delayed and your arrival is later than planned, you must notify us as soon as possible. We will attempt to reschedule the service or advise how to proceed. If rescheduling is not possible, you must make your own way to the hotel or pay for an extra transfer if the provider is available. If you do not see your driver after baggage claim and passport control, do the same: contact us immediately. Please do not arrange alternative transport on your own, as the provider may not reimburse the cost. Reimbursement is not guaranteed for missed services due to issues beyond the provider’s control.
• In the event of force majeure (weather or other natural events, or any unforeseen situation beyond our or the provider’s control), alternatives will be offered on the spot, even during the trip. If any incident occurs during your trip, you must contact us as soon as possible. No claims will be accepted after one month from your return, and only if the issue was reported during the trip.
